NORMA represents CPC as legal advisor in the acquisition of Drug Free Sport International (DFSI)

NORMA recently advised CPC, a US private equity investor and holding company, in its acquisition of Drug Free Sport International (DFSI).

DFSI is a global leader in the anti-doping industry administering comprehensive anti-doping solutions for amateur and professional athletic organizations worldwide. International Doping Tests & Management (IDTM) is a full-service provider in anti-doping services based in Stockholm, Sweden, which is part of the DFSI group. Together, IDTM and DFSI offer clients access to doping control covering more than 100 countries.

NORMA carried out the assignment in collaboration with the US law firm Polsinelli. NORMA’s team consisted of attorneys Patrick Andersson, Victor Nilsson and Linus Nilsson.
