As CEO of NORMA, Adam Lichtneckert brings extensive experience in management, consultancy, and communications strategy. Adam is especially passionate about business development, company culture and achieving results through team effort in a genuinely collaborative environment.
Anders Wennergren brings over 35 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, predominantly in the field of real estate and construction. Commercial company transfers and real estate sales can be complex – and with hundreds of corporate and real estate transactions under his belt, Anders understands exactly how to deal with such transactions.
In impending mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions, Anders is often involved at an early stage of the sale or acquisition process and, thanks to his experience and genuine interest in transactions, often initiates the final transaction model. Anders’ broad network of contacts frequently adds value to transactions for the client.
Anders has extensive experience of working with both detailed plans and specific planning and construction law matters, as well as with complex real estate regulations.
He also has many years of board experience at both public limited and private companies.
Ann-Marie Tullock is our head of financial control. She is responsible for the firm’s finances and has several years of experience in insolvency administration and other administrative work in law firms.
Anne primarily works on proofreading and editing alongside administrative services and translation to/from English.
Annika Freij works in commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing and corporate law. Annika has over 20 years’ experience of mergers and acquisitions in a wide range of sectors, with an emphasis on larger real estate owning companies. She often assists in domestic and international loan financing, contract drafting and legal opinions. In addition, she regularly assists companies with company law advice and negotiating commercial agreements. Annika also has extensive experience in insolvency matters and is regularly appointed as a receiver in bankruptcies.
Carina works primarily with insolvency, wage guarantee administration and other insolvency law as well as standard and corporate-related administrative services.
Carolina Bergholtz works in general business law with specialisms in real estate and environmental law. She has previous experience of managing and reviewing environmental, planning and construction and real estate cases at the County Administrative Board, and the Land- and Environmental courts. Carolina also brings experience of permits for the water industry and environmentally hazardous industries.
Elin works primarily in dispute resolution and commercial tenancy law, regularly representing property owners and tenants in tenancy agreement matters, terminations and mediation cases at regional rent tribunals. After starting her career at an international law firm, Elin became a member of Sweden’s bar association 2019 and was most recently employed as a legal clerk at Gothenburg District Court.
Emelie Lennartsson works in general business law with particular interest in mergers and acquisitions, company law issues and commercial contracts. Emelie also works regularly with insolvency and corporate restructuring projects.
Emil Larsson has many years’ experience in writing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of various kinds, both as an in-house lawyer and senior associate. His specialist experience is in IT-related contracts and commercial tenancies but he drafts contracts in most areas. He assists the firm’s clients in all kinds of IT-related matters.
Emil is a well-regarded lecturer on areas such as negotiation techniques and tenancy law.
Given Emil’s particular interest and aptitude for organisational development, he is responsible for our organisational and business development. This specialist interest has also led Emil to further education in areas such as financial management and leadership.
Erik mainly works with commercial disputes and negotiations of commercial agreements. He regularly represents clients in litigation in court and in arbitration.
Erik represents companies in all industries and has specific experience in disputes concerning financing and loan agreements as well as disputes concerning infringement in trade secrets.
Gunilla works primarily with insolvency, wage guarantee administration and other insolvency law, but also with company-related administrative services.
Jakob Nortoft co-heads the Corporate Commercial team at NORMA Law and regularly advises clients on employment law, commercial contracts and mergers. He often acts as external corporate counsel to listed and entrepreneurially owned companies and serves on several companies board of directors. Jakob has extensive experience of international business relations, and often advises foreign clients on their establishment in, and business ventures with, Sweden.
Jakob is the Swedish national representative for AIJA (Association International de Jeunes Advocats), and often called on for lectures and public engagements. He has also co-authored a book on Private Equity in Sweden.
Joakim Zetterström works in the firm’s corporate and business and real estate teams. Joakim’s practice focuses on commercial contracts, corporate and association law, investments, corporate transactions and land use matters. Furthermore, Joakim has extensive experience of directorship within ice hockey and its associations and federations. He acts as speaker and MC at Frölunda Hockey’s events and for a variety of other clients within the sport. Since 2016, Joakim has been chairman of the Gothenburg Ice Hockey Association’s disciplinary committee and a member of ice hockey’s south region disciplinary committee. His involvement in the world of sport has also led to a number of assignments in sports law.
Johan Rappmann works in commercial law, specialising in real estate, environment, public procurement and related commercial administrative law.
He has extensive knowledge of corporate affairs, partly through his experience as a member of corporate boards such as Vy Buss (since 2002), one of Sweden’s largest bus transport groups.
Johan has many years’ experience of overseeing various company and real estate transactions.
He has specialist expertise in land and development-related matters, such as zoning plans and building permits, real estate development and other complex land survey issues as well as redemption and infringement cases.
Within environmental law, Johan advises on transactions and acts as counsel in notification or application cases as well as appeals.
Johan also has comprehensive experience in public procurement, including assignments from contracting authorities and companies as well as suppliers in many different sectors.
Johan Sölveland has extensive experience in insolvency, company restructuring and employment law. He has practised in these areas since the early 1990’s, including over ten years spent with one of Sweden’s leading organisations specialising in insolvency and corporate restructuring. From 2001 to 2008, Johan worked mainly with employer matters at one of Sweden’s largest employer organisations in the service sector. This included both theoretical and practical work in employment law, advising and providing operational assistance to the management of multiple member companies in various service sectors, trade union negotiations and collective bargaining matters at both local and central level. Johan is regularly appointed as a receiver in bankruptcies.
Johanna works primarily in insolvency, wage guarantee management and other insolvency law. She is also general paralegal for the office.
Jonas works primarily in dispute resolution and commercial tenancy law, regularly representing property owners in matters relating to tenancy agreements, terminations and mediation cases at the regional rent tribunals. Jonas regularly holds lectures for clients and colleagues on his areas of expertise and also has a voluntary role as chairman of the board of Gatans Lag FF.
Jonathan Andersson works with general business law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, company law and commercial agreements. Jonathan also works with insolvency, restructuring and other insolvency law issues.
Julia came to us from court service. Julia works in general business law, primarily real estate with a focus on tenancy law. Julia also works in commercial dispute resolution.
Karin is NORMA’s insolvency accountant working on insolvency cases. She is responsible for auditing accounts, preparing trustees’ reports, processing wage guarantees and other insolvency law matters. She also works in payroll and human resources.
Kristina Andersson works in real estate law, primarily tenancy law and other rights of use as well as real estate transfers. Kristina advises municipalities, municipal companies, insurance companies and other institutions as well as private real estate companies. She helps with ongoing advice on complex matters, developing legal strategies for clients in both complex and more straightforward cases. Kristina also represents clients in dispute resolution at regional rent tribunals and in court.
Linus Nilsson works in general business law, with a special focus on public procurement and other public activities. He also deals with company law matters and some dispute resolution.
Louise Lindahl has many years’ experience of all aspects of insolvency including company restructures and liquidations. She regularly acts as a bankruptcy receiver and liquidator.
Louise also advises on employment law, representing employers in trade union negotiations as well as clients in both employment and insolvency disputes in court.
Marek Zdrojewski works in the field of commercial law with particular focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contract negotiations.
Marek has many years’ experience of representing both Swedish and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, providing clients with corporate law advice and assistance in negotiating commercial agreements. He is also experienced in assisting companies to list on trading venues and on ongoing matters arising for listed companies. Marek is active in several different branches with a specialism in civil engineering and construction. He also works in aviation, dealing with international transactions including acquisitions, leasing and financing and providing his legal opinions on transactions. Furthermore, he is an experienced board member of owner-managed companies. Marek has experience in insolvency matters through his regularly acts appointment as an insolvency administrator.
Maria has been with the company over 20 years during which time she has developed her organisational and administrative skills. She is self-motivated, proactive and thrives on responsibility. Maria is committed to continuous learning and has a particular interest in the environment and sustainability.
Marline works as a receptionist and business support to the firm´s legal professionals.
Matilda works within the Corporate Commercial group and represents clients on a wide range of commercial law matters. She has experience of financial licensing matters and applications, as well as ongoing compliance and risk management. She also advises and represents Swedish and international companies on their data protection matters (GDPR).
Mikael Claes works primarily in commercial dispute resolution in court and at arbitration. He has extensive experience in litigation in the fields of construction law, property law, contract law and intellectual property/IT law.
Mikael Claes advises on contracts in areas such as construction, distribution (commercial agency agreements, resale agreements, franchising agreements, etc.), industry (supply agreements, development agreements, consultancy agreements, etc.) and intellectual property/IT law (licensing agreements, system supply agreements, SLAs, etc.).
Mona Jonasson works in general business law with a special focus on the purchase and sale of companies. She has over twenty years experience assisting clients in contract negotiations and in drafting and reviewing contracts. Furthermore, she has expertise in association law handling all kinds of association-related matters. This includes, amongst other things, conversion of associations into owner-occupied dwellings, setting up, merging or closing associations, drawing up or amending statutes and assisting in disputes within an association.
Over many years of practice in insolvency management, Mona has extensive experience of working with companies and associations going through insolvency. She assists in all insolvency and commercial security related matters. In 2009 she was appointed insolvency administrator by the District Court of Gothenburg.
Patrick Andersson is a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial team. Patrick has extensive experience in advising on business law matters with particular focus on M&A, corporate law and commercial contracts in general.
Peter predominantly works in commercial dispute resolution.
Victor works within the Corporate Commercial group and represents clients on a wide range of commercial law matters. He specialises in commercial contract law, intellectual property law and marketing law. He works on a number of ongoing company takeover cases.
