Julia Mattelin is part of NORMA's Real Estate team where she works with tenancy law, with a primary focus on commercial tenancy law. She regularly assists real estate companies and tenants in various tenancy law matters. Her work includes negotiating and drafting tenancy agreements, terminating tenancy agreements and advising on tenancy law issues that arise during property management.
She also acts as a representative for real estate clients in tenancy law disputes in both general courts and the Rent and Tenancy Tribunal, which include disputes over damages following the termination of a commercial lease or eviction, as well as the subsequent enforcement process by the Swedish Enforcement Authority.
Julia Mattelin is also part of NORMA's Commercial Disputes team, where she represents companies in commercial disputes in general courts. Within the scope of this work, she assists clients in both court proceedings and settlement negotiations and in the development of litigation strategies, as well as in the subsequent enforcement process with the Swedish Enforcement Authority.
