Ellen Jarnung is part of the firm's Real Estate team, where she works with leases and rights of use, with a primary focus on commercial leases. She regularly assists property companies and tenants in various lease-related matters. Her work includes negotiating and drafting leases, terminating leases and advising on tenancy law issues that arise during management. In 2025, Ellen was on secondment at a Swedish property company, where she assisted with tenancy law contract issues.
She also acts as a representative for property clients in tenancy law disputes in both the general courts and the Rent and Tenancy Tribunal, which may include disputes over damages following the termination of a commercial lease or eviction and subsequent enforcement by the Enforcement Authority.
Ellen Jarnung is also part of the firm's Commercial Disputes team, where she assists companies in commercial disputes in the general courts.
