Johan Rappmann is part of NORMA's team for the Property and Public Affairs business areas. He works with commercial law, with a particular focus on real estate, environment, public procurement and other commercial administrative law.
Johan has a deep understanding of corporate affairs, partly through his experience as a member of company boards, for example Vy Buss (since 2002), one of Sweden's largest bus transport groups. He has many years of experience in conducting various types of corporate and real estate transactions.
Johan has specialist expertise in land and development-related issues, such as detailed planning and building permit issues, property formation issues and other complex land surveying matters, as well as redemption in connection with decisions with expropriating effects.
In the field of environmental law, Johan acts as an advisor in transactions and actss as counsel in notification or application cases and in appeals of decisions.
Johan also has many years of experience in public procurement, where he has assignments from both contracting authorities and companies as well as suppliers in many different industries.
Furthermore, Johan also has comprehensive experience in providing legal advice in areas of law other than public procurement in the public sector, both to companies in their dealings with public authorities and to municipalities.
