Public procurement is a key aspect of public affairs. While it is widely accepted that the business side should be the focus, the regulatory framework can appear complex and cumbersome.
Of course, we also assist both the private and the public realm in all types of court proceedings such as reviewing public procurement or contract validity, damages and procurement fines.
Companies operate within the bounds administrative law or government decisions and, in some cases, contracts with the public. We support and guide companies – regardless of sector and activity – in regulatory matters, dialogue and negotiation with authorities, appeals against regulatory decisions, responding to claims/interventions or other commercial court proceedings in administrative courts.
Johan Rappmann works in commercial law, specialising in real estate, environment, public procurement and related commercial administrative law.
He has extensive knowledge of corporate affairs, partly through his experience as a member of corporate boards such as Vy Buss (since 2002), one of Sweden’s largest bus transport groups.
Johan has many years’ experience of overseeing various company and real estate transactions.
He has specialist expertise in land and development-related matters, such as zoning plans and building permits, real estate development and other complex land survey issues as well as redemption and infringement cases.
Within environmental law, Johan advises on transactions and acts as counsel in notification or application cases as well as appeals.
Johan also has comprehensive experience in public procurement, including assignments from contracting authorities and companies as well as suppliers in many different sectors.
Linus Nilsson works in general business law, with a special focus on public procurement and other public activities. He also deals with company law matters and some dispute resolution.
