Supervisory issues

In many industries, it is common for the regulatory framework with which companies must comply to be characterised by ongoing supervision by decision-making authorities and other bodies. It is not unusual for the relevant authorities to contact companies and request information and documentation or answers to questions, etc. In many cases, these can be complex issues that a company in such a situation needs to take a position on, while there may be a risk of penalties if what the supervisory body has requested is not complied with.

NORMA has experience and knowledge of these procedures. We represent companies in various supervisory matters before the relevant authorities and help, among other things, to analyse supervisory measures directed at companies and what is expected and required of the company, plan supervisory and follow-up work, draw up documents and conduct negotiations with authorities.
