The work carried out during the period between the start of a procurement and the submission of a tender by the supplier is extensive and often requires a lot of resources and effort. In our experience, we can be of great benefit and add value to you in this part of a procurement.
By being involved in your work with the tender, we can support and provide concrete advice early in the process on strategically important decisions for the continued work. In some cases (e.g. when there is reason to have a dialogue with the contracting organisation or when the contracting organisation conducts an RFI or pre-procurement consultation, etc.
