NORMA Law advices on the joint venture of e-sports bar franchises
NORMA Law has adviced Kappa Holding AB in it’s acquisition of the French e-sports bar and restaurant chain Meltdown. The acquisition establishes the worlds largest e-sports bar and restauarant franchise.
Kappa Holding operates e-sports bars and restaurants in Sweden under the trademark Kappa Bar. The acquisition results in the combined franchises of Kappa Bar and Meltdown operating 30 entities across the world.
