NORMA Law has assisted LW Fastigheter regarding rental agreements and implementation agreements for hotel

NORMA Law has, through team Johan Rappmann and Jonas Öjelid, assisted LW Fastigheter with negotiations and creating lease agreement and so-called implementation agreement with an attractive hotel operator. The implementation agreement regulates i.a. the different roles, rights and obligations of the property owner and the hotel operator in the project for the construction and preparation of the hotel premises for the period up to occupancy.

LW Fastigheter will create an exciting new destination and meeting place on Universitetskajen (the University Quay) in Kalmar. On the property Jungmannen 8, the property owner will build an eleven-floor building with a total area of about 20,000 sqm, of which half for the hotel and half for offices and education facilities. The building will be located by the Baltic sea, next door to Linnaeus University and the guest harbor.

The hotel will be a full-service hotel with just over 200 rooms with a restaurant, conference facility, gym, relaxation area with outdoor pool and a sky bar on the 11th floor with panoramic view of Kalmarsund.
