NORMA has advised Ortoma AB on share issues raising approximately SEK 68 million

Ortoma is a medical technology company focused on AI-based technology for orthopedic surgical procedures. The company is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm. Ortoma recently completed a directed share issue and a rights issue, raising aggregate gross proceeds of approximately SEK 68 million. NORMA acted as legal counsel to Ortoma AB in both transactions and, among other things, prepared the information document in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex IX to the Prospectus Regulation.

The NORMA team consisted of partner Jakob Nortoft together with associates Patrick Andersson and Joakim Zetterström. During the assignment, the team worked alongside Ortoma’s financial advisor DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (Sole Global Coordinator and Sole Bookrunner).
