Karl works primarily with advice on tenancy and real estate law and commercial dispute resolution. Karl primarily assists landlords and property owners in matters relating to both residential and commercial leases and other rights of use to real property. Karl's work in landlord and tenant matters and other issues related to rights of use includes, among other things, disputes in rent boards and courts as well as negotiation, drafting and termination of rental, leasehold and right of use agreements. Karl's work with real estate law issues and commercial dispute resolution has also led to victories in both the Supreme Court and the Land and Environment Court of Appeal.
