Joakim Zetterström is a member of the firm's Corporate Commercial and Real Estate teams, and his work focuses on corporate law, commercial agreements, M&A, real estate transactions and tenant-owned apartments. He regularly assists Swedish and international companies with matters such as establishing new businesses, investments, corporate restructuring and contractual issues.
He also regularly advises both buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and works on with agreements in the sports industry for players, coaches, decision-makers, etc.
Joakim also has expertise in real estate and often acts as an advisor to housing association managers and associations, providing board advice, dispute resolution, contracts, etc.
