Annika Freij works in commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing and corporate law. Annika has over 20 years’ experience of mergers and acquisitions in a wide range of sectors, with an emphasis on larger real estate owning companies. She often assists in domestic and international loan financing, contract drafting and legal opinions. In addition, she regularly assists companies with company law advice and negotiating commercial agreements. Annika also has extensive experience in insolvency matters and is regularly appointed as a bankryptcy trustee.
